Tuckahoe Women’s Club Wedding in Richmond VA
Elizabeth and Michael met their first day of medical school. If that isn’t the cutest thing in the world, I don’t know what is.
These two have been planning an epic garden wedding at Tuckahoe Women’s Club all while in the middle of medical school. They make you feel like anything is possible!
The day was flawless. We had perfect spring weather complete with the full bloom of cherry blossoms at their venue. We hopped all around Richmond to take photos in some of their favorite places. This included the VMFA where we had their engagement session. It was fun to take photos in a place that means so much to them! This sweet couple spends a lot of time walking around the VMFA neighborhood together when they aren’t busy in class. It was fitting we take their engagement and wedding portraits there!
Their wedding reception at the Tuckahoe Women’s Club had a beautiful array of spring bouquets as centerpieces. I love when bride’s choose to have long banquet tables in addition to circular ones. It really adds depth and intrigue to the space!
Luckily for us, there were some stunning cherry blossoms just across the street from their venue, so we took advantage of that beautiful evening light to document them together.
I’m so lucky to have gotten to know Elizabeth and Michael. They are sweethearts in every way and have made this start of 2019 a beautiful one.
